26 july 2014 - Rijeka, Franje Rackoga. Fajne widoki są w Rijece. Ta pnąca się w górę ulica prowadzi wzdłuż rzeki Rjecina. Stając przy barierce można zobaczyć zajezdnię miejskiego przedsiębiorstwa - widać w niej kilkanaście przegubowych Manów SG192, które niestety nie kursowały podczas mojego pobytu.

13 august 2014 - Rijeka, Riva street. In the 90s of XX century, Rijeka felt the painful decline in population - from 168 thousands to 144. A decrease of 24 thousand people was the largest among 7 biggest Croatian cities, which have more then 50 thousand residents. Probably it happened because of industrial changes and the decline in employment in ship industry. In addition, the city wasn`t (and still isn`t) particularly attractive to tourists, which could partly inhibit that fall.Line nr 5: Drenova -> Jelačićev trg.

13 august 2014 - Opatija, Maršala Tita x Velog Jože street. Suburban line nr 32 reaches from Rijeka i.a. to Opatija - one of the biggest Croatian holiday resort. Interestingly, on the nearby waterfront, you can find a plague commemorating Józef Piłsudski`s (Polish first marshal) stay in Opatija on the eve of the Great War for Freedom of Nations.Line nr 32: Lovran -> Rijeka.

Transportation is provided on 20 lines, of which the strongest lines are: 1, 2, 5 and 6. There is at least 4 buses per hour on each one of these lines.Line nr 1: Pećine Plumbum -> Bivio.

In the picture you see platforms of the lines going west (lines 18, 18B, 23, 28) and north (11, 19, 20, 21). Vehicle fleet for suburban connections is dominated by old and new MAN buses, but for example in this year the operator has bought few Irisbus Arway 12M.

13 august 2014 - Rijeka, Žrtava fašizma street. Previw of this year`s serie from Croatia (and not only). After visiting Zadar, Sibenik and Split in the last year, it was time to see Pula and Rijeka. In the picture there is the most interesting vehicle, which I have caught after few minutes of run in more than 30-degrees temperature. However, run paid off - I haven`t met later in motion this type of MAN bus.Line nr 6: Novo Naselje -> Podvežnica.
